Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of your text reminder you will not be charged.
Any appointments cancelled/re-arranged between 24-48 hours will be charged 50%.
Any appointments cancelled/rearranged within 24 hours of the booking start time, or a no show on the day will be charged 100% of your service.
Patch Testing
All new clients will require a patch test for colour at least 48 hours prior to appointment.
Any client who has not had a colour service within the last year will require an updated patch test.
Any changes to medical history will also require an updated patch test.
Deposits
Online bookings and new clients require a 50% deposit.
